The Buffalo Farm
The Buffalo Farm, situated at Boglily Farm Steading near Kirkcaldy, Fife, is a distinctive Scottish enterprise renowned for its water buffalo herd and artisanal produce. Established in 2005 by sixth-generation farmer Steve Mitchell, it has grown to house Scotland’s largest water buffalo herd, numbering over 500 animals .

Must Be Crackers is a charming artisan deli and cheesemonger located at 61 High Street, Dunfermline, Fife, KY12 7DL. Established in September 2023 by Aileen Wright and her family, the shop occupies a space that was once a haberdashery. St Andrews Castle
