What is your return policy?
At Main’s Apiaries, we take pride in producing our products to the highest standards.
We are happy to offer a refund or replacement for any product that is faulty. We do not accept returns for reasons other than product faults.
What is your cancellation policy?
For experience bookings, cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a refund minus a 25% non-refundable deposit.
We will always do our best to accommodate changes to booking dates, but please note that rescheduling is ultimately at our discretion.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We offer physical gift vouchers for our beekeeping experiences, which can be purchased here.
These can be redeemed by entering the unique voucher code at checkout when the recipient books an experience.
We also offer e-gift cards which can be bought in a range of montary values and are delivered directly to the recipient.
Where are the beekeeping experiences held?
All experiences are held seasonally at our custom designed
apiary in Kingseat, Fife. Full address details are sent to participants prior to the experience.
What are the payment options?
We accept standard online payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and payments from most major banks.
