What is your return policy?

At Main’s Apiaries, we take pride in producing our products to the highest standards with you, our valued customer, in mind.
We are happy to offer a refund or replacement for any product that is faulty. However, we do not accept returns for reasons other than product faults.

For experience bookings, cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a refund minus a 25% non-refundable deposit.
We will always do our best to accommodate changes to booking dates, but please note that rescheduling is ultimately at our discretion.

Do you sell gift cards?

We offer a range of physical gift cards, which can be purchased online through our Shop page.
Gift cards can be mailed to you in physical form or sent as a PDF by email, depending on your preference.
Please provide your email address when purchasing so we can confirm your order and arrange delivery.

Gift cards can be redeemed by contacting us directly at contact@mainsapiaries.com.

What are the payment options?

We accept standard online payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and payments from most major banks.
All transactions are securely processed to ensure your information remains safe.
