Our Local Blossom Cut Comb is taken straight from the hive and carefully cut by hand, preserving the delicate beeswax comb exactly as the bees created it. Filled with raw, unprocessed local blossom honey, it offers a unique texture and flavour that simply can't be replicated.

Harvested from our Fife apiaries during the spring and summer nectar flow, each piece captures the natural floral character of the local landscape.

Our Local Blossom Cut Comb was awarded 4th Place in the Scottish Honey Championships 2025 at the Royal Highland Show, one of Scotland's most respected honey competitions.

Whether enjoyed on warm toast, paired with cheese, or eaten straight from the comb, it's honey in its purest form.
